vintage skirt suit by christian lacroix, suede and plastic pumps by miumiu

what you can't see, with the poor lighting, is that the suit is a navy brocade, covered in scrolled hearts. the collar is petal'd, and there is a false/inset vest. the vest has a sweetheart decolletage, and gilt buttons that bear the CL imprint.
